Made-to-Measure Sessions

Consultations, book clubs and workshops are made-to-measure which means there is a sustainable goal and longevity to the work and expertise we create together. No workshop or facilitation will be the same for no organization contains the same culture, same people or same values. Empathy with pointed truth is the path we need to take because niceness is still harming people.

A common thread in the pain points of executive leadership is the innate desire to do something well and doing it right. Often staff, management and others below the executive level want the same things. Aligning both is not easy, nor is change met with seamless buy-in. However, connecting leadership to the front line is essential in breaking down the communication barriers and creating a unilateral structure that is more agile in nature and result-driven.

Creating Culture Champions

Differences are not something we separate in order to come together. A person’s identity, experience, language, accent, age, or gender are not threats - they’re what make us incredible, exceptional and creative beings.

Being a cultural champion is leaning in to differences, it’s calling in conflict and it’s welcoming community. Our world is better with all of us in it - celebrated, accepted and fully included. This is the human experience - the global collective of incredible liberation to be as we are, not in isolation, but as a collective whole.

  • Community care sessions designed to provide a space to ask hard questions in order to create a kinder, more just world.

  • As a white woman who understands and is continuing to learn about privilege and racism, I invite other white women to dialogue and unpack our own bias so we can make the change necessary.
